What we expect from a CV specialist
We promise our clients that their CVs are written by experienced HR specialists, not by templates or artificial intelligence. That is why we are looking for people who:
- have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR or career counselling;
- write flawless Lithuanian – clearly and fluently; English (C1) is an advantage;
- know how recruiters and applicant tracking systems (ATS) read CVs;
- can draw achievements, not just duties, out of a questionnaire;
- are comfortable talking to clients – a consultation (often by phone) is part of every order;
- meet deadlines and are registered for individual activity (self-employed) or ready to register.
Fields where we especially need specialists: IT, finance, sales, marketing, engineering, management, logistics.
How to become a CV specialist
Pay
Your pay is a percentage of every order. We discuss the exact rates during the interview. Revisions within the 14-day guarantee period are included in the order price. We pay once a month based on your invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a job under an employment contract?
We work with you as an independent partner under a service agreement.
How do I get orders?
Automatically: the system picks a specialist by the CV language, the client's field and your workload. We tell you about every new order by e-mail.
How and when am I paid?
You see your share of every order in the portal. At the end of the month you issue an invoice, and we pay by bank transfer.
What if a client asks for revisions?
Revisions are part of the service: clients get a 14-day guarantee and unlimited revisions, which you make while messaging with the client in the portal.
May I use artificial intelligence?
Yes, but only for small things. We promise our clients that their CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn profile texts are written by an HR specialist, not by artificial intelligence, so all the work must be your own. Clients' CVs, questionnaires and other personal data must never go into AI tools.
Can I work from another city or from abroad?
Yes – everything happens online.
