Terms of service
1. General
These terms govern ordering services (CV and cover-letter writing, online career consultations and related extras) on cvpagalba.lt. The services are provided by Maksimas Joda, a self-employed individual (individuali veikla), email info@cvpagalba.lt (the “Provider”).
By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Ordering and payment
An order is placed by choosing the services in the order form and paying the amount shown. The price depends on the chosen service, career level, experience, delivery speed and extras; it is displayed before payment. If the Provider is registered for VAT, VAT is included in the price shown; otherwise no VAT applies.
Payments are processed by a payment intermediary (Paysera LT, UAB or Montonio Finance UAB) by bank link or payment card. The contract is concluded when we receive the payment confirmation; we then send a confirmation email with the order number and a link to your order page.
A promo code applies to the whole order amount, is valid for the stated period and can be used once unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order you expressly request that we start providing the service immediately — without waiting for the end of the 14-day withdrawal period under Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of Lithuania — and you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed (the ordered documents delivered and, where ordered, the career consultation held) the right of withdrawal is lost (Art. 6.228¹¹(1)(1)).
3. Questionnaire and cooperation
After payment we ask you to complete a short questionnaire about your experience and goals. The order deadline runs from payment; if the questionnaire is not completed within 24 hours, the deadline is recalculated from the moment it is submitted and we notify you by email.
The specialist may ask clarifying questions on your order page. The more complete the information, the better the result.
4. Fulfilment
Documents are delivered on your order page as PDF and DOCX by the chosen deadline (business days, 17:00). We notify you by email.
24-hour delivery applies to orders paid before 15:00 on a business day; later orders start the next business day. The exact delivery date is shown before you pay.
A career consultation is held online — by phone or Google Meet — at a time agreed with your specialist, by the stated deadline; at your request we can agree a later time, and the deadline moves accordingly. We notify you by email once the consultation has taken place.
5. Withdrawal, revisions and refunds
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion (the payment confirmation) without giving a reason (Civil Code Art. 6.228¹⁰); because you asked us to start immediately, this right ends once the service has been fully performed (see section 2). Until then you may withdraw by an unequivocal statement by email to info@cvpagalba.lt (free text is enough, e.g. “I withdraw from the contract. Order no. …, name, email, date”; you may also use the model withdrawal form approved by Order No. 1R-124 of the Minister of Justice of 10 April 2014). We refund by the original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, less an amount proportionate to the part of the service provided up to that notice, calculated on the total order price (Art. 6.228¹³).
For 14 days after the first document is delivered you may request unlimited revisions free of charge.
If the result still does not satisfy you after revisions, you may submit a refund request on your order page within the same 14 days. We review it within 2 business days; the refund is made by the original payment method within 14 days of the decision. After a refund the right to use the prepared documents ends.
The guarantee does not apply if no revisions or request were made within 14 days, nor to translation extras that have already been provided.
Revisions do not apply to a career consultation (held online). You may file a refund request under the guarantee within 14 days of the consultation; if you ordered the consultation together with a CV, this 14-day period runs from the CV delivery. If the career consultation did not take place through our fault, we refund the amount paid for it. We will move the consultation time if you tell us at least 24 hours before the consultation; if you tell us later or do not join, your specialist will offer one new time, and if the consultation does not take place at that time either for reasons on your side, it is treated as provided.
Guarantee refund requests are accepted only within this 14-day period; after it the guarantee no longer applies and no refund is made under it. This does not limit the right to withdraw before the service is fully performed under the first paragraph of this section, nor your statutory rights where the service was not provided or was provided improperly (Civil Code Art. 6.228⁴).
6. Copyright and use
The prepared documents are for your personal job search; you may edit and use them without limit. Site content (texts, examples, design) belongs to the Provider and may not be copied for commercial purposes without permission.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We do not prepare documents containing false information.
7. Liability
We do our best to make every document and consultation professional, but we cannot guarantee an interview or a job — that depends on employers. Our liability is limited to the order amount.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by the payment provider, email providers or force majeure.
8. Disputes
Send complaints to info@cvpagalba.lt — we reply within 14 days. If no agreement is reached, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt). Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
